4. Deposits, Commissions & Withdrawals

Fees
- 9.87% commission on winnings
Withdrawal Fees
- 1 – 2.5% for withdrawals below ₦30,000
- 2.5 – 3.5% for withdrawals above ₦35,000
All payments are handled via secure third-party providers.
Luelink does not:
- Compete with users
- Guarantee profits
- Force participation

It is strictly:

11. Children’s Privacy
- Minimum age: 13
- Underage accounts are deleted immediately
12. Challenge Rules & Enforcement
Account & Identity Rules
- Incorrect game ID → match may be voided
- If opponent provides valid proof → opponent wins
Match Outcome Rules
- If game doesn’t end → match is voided
- If task has been completed before cancellation → winner will be approved
Draw Handling
- Extra time and penalties are counted
- If no extra time and it ends in a draw → match is voided
Wager & Timing Rules
- Wager timing starts from when accepted, not posted
- Accepted wagers cannot be deleted, except both parties contact support
- Deleted wagers → automatic refund
Player-Based Rules
- If a player is on the bench and does not participate, any challenge related to that player (e.g., scoring or actions) will be voided
Refund Rules
- Refund occurs after wager timer expires
- Users can manually cancel a wager and receive instant refund
Deposits & Fraud
- If a fake deposit attempt is made twice:
- Account may be temporarily or permanently restricted from future withdrawals and deposits
Host-Based Challenges
- Luelink is not responsible for any loss of money involving hosts chosen by users
Platform-Verified Challenges
- Challenges that do not require a third party (sports, entertainment, etc.) will be approved by Luelink
- Any wrong approval should be reported immediately to customer support
Content & Behavior Rules
Strictly prohibited:
- Sexual images
- Violent or abusive language
- Harmful or offensive content
Violations may result in:
- Account restriction
- Permanent termination
